    Are you saying the time that RNG Reporter gives you is 13:15:59? Or is that the time that your DS reads. First of all, for a first RNG attempt, I would aim for a second that matches what you got during calibration, typically 13-15 seconds, so I'd go for a spread that had whichever seconds value you got in calibration.

    Yes... Catching Pokemon is Method-J So make sure that is always on when Catching Pokemon so put enter the Seed in and have it on Method J and if nothing comes up then it cant be used to Catch Pokemon and it only Comes in Mehtod 1

    That is really good but check to see if it comes in Method J and see what other Nature it comes in :P

    well if none of the frames match sneasels encoutner slot then you cant get a sneasel with that seed

    see the numbers on the frame it will say sweet scent grass/cave find the frame that matches sneasels from the link you posted

    right click on the frames and it should say encoutner slot and then click calculate platinum encoutner tables and it should pull up a web page and find a frame that matches with sneasels
