Yep. Calling Youngster Joey, or refusing eggs. But if I'm not mistaken, every time you refuse an egg, you need to take your parents back from the daycare, and then put them in again which kinda sucks. If you don't have Joey's number, he's on route 30.
Advancing a frame with the radio is the same as Elm Calls so it won't change a thing about your Egg Frame. -
