Found it. Rakuen's trade thread, page two, he states that Cristiano and him are "brothers". Rakuen is also trading ezequiel's Houndoom without permission
I'm not sure. When I first started trading, I made a trade for his Salamence, but when I went through my boxes, I deleted anything that look suspicious which included his Salamence
Oh steve, you might wanna consider trading with christiano xD Yes, helping out the community again. Supposedly, christiano and rakuen are related (I think brothers?). They have almost the same trade thread.

Well, I'm going to need at least until Sunday to pull a team together; I've got a lot of studying to do wrt the UU tier, and I'll probably need to breed some new stuff to fill out my team. I'll let you know when I'm ready, though. Oh yeah, do you still want to work on that Togekiss catch or should this tournament take priority?
walking in grass advances the frame by 1 right? so if i throw on some repel and walk in the grass with the step counter on wouldnt that be easier than journal flipping?
No, that's the problem. There is one other that is controllable.

About the NPC's, I don't think so, but there is one NPC in the south-east that I forgot about a while ago, He's there in Plat, but not in DP.
