Yes it comes as a Gengar at Lvl 25 because Gastly/Haunter can't learn Counter in 3th gen.

My definition of flawless is slightly different. I expect IVs of 31 in every stat unless you're going for a good Hidden Power. Anything less I'm not really interested in, sorry.
Yeah, RNG is very difficult; I've been trying to IV breed flawless PKMN and usually get close, but still haven't succeeded yet. I hear catching flawless PKMN (catching with RNG) is easier so maybe you should give that a try first. I'm probably going to do the same.
Mind to EV two for the Gengar?

I got crit by Hidden Power Electric, and my Suicune bit the dust. I was able to take Suicune down with an explosion, but a later critical hit ensured the other guy's victory. That's the second game in a row I lost to crit haxes =(.
And that would be Alsabino / Chronix's Azelf. I have yet to abuse any legend other than Regigigias.

And everything is going great! I'm currently in a battle with a friend and we both have the same Suicune CMing up to max. It's gonna be a blowout for whoever wins this part of the battle :p
