It just takes practice and finding the right delay for you, like I tend to get in rather quickly. My fastest delay was like 478, but that's pushing it to no end. My good and average delay is 488.

gg man! i was scared that your metagross if it had full hp would of sweep me, because if i killed flygon with ice fang and i die of sandstorm then meta has a free bullet on gengar who has like no defense lol and ttar which had no hp so i would be stuck with a skarmory with brave bird -.-. haha well good game! and that crit at the end was payback for the beginning!
