I'm not sure, but I probably would've kept using Charge Beam until I had max special attack. I would've swept after that. It's EVs are 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe.
Lol, trust me, you couldn't have stalled my Cresselia out; it's PP maxed and already had two special attack boosts. Not to mention Rest + Sleep Talk. I screwed up on both matches: I let Jirachi die too fast (first match I should've used Wish before Calm Mind) and I accidentally chose an attack instead of Sleep Talk for Cresselia when she was asleep (could've used Charge Beam when Starmie switched in). These newb mistakes will cost me some day. I have MattJ's Flygon with U-Turn, but it's already at level 100 and EV trained.
