sorry, but I am not sure if you are trustworthy.. you gave away an already distributable celebi, and I don't think I want it like that.
You put the level that the Pokemon is at and then the corresponding stats. You repeat for the next helpful level. This doesn't matter for our case here, because this Celebi matches the redistributable one discovered by Jibaku (Bold 16/0/31/31/26/29 with these EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Speed). Since this is a widespread redistributable, I am not going to reopen the thread.
Use this, and mind the EVs your Celebi might already have. It's better than Serebii's. Talk to me when you have the real stats, and I might reopen the thread.
