Haha, yeah...lol. It'd be more for personal appeal I suppose...but *shrugs* who knows if I have it in me to go and do it. I have a pretty good one...but it's on frame 700 or so, haha. I'm a bit lazy to do that via radio in the wild...but *shrugs* maybe...it's not too bad on the radio. I can get it to about 650 pretty quickly I imagine.

That's right - if you kill them off first and then beat the legends, they're re-released, right? ^^
It's method 1, which means upon release of these pokemon their IV's etc are determined. I believe you kill them off and RNG them at the Champion's room ^^
I could be wrong though...since I have yet to do them, haha. Do note that they start on different frames, so you'll have to figure out which ones start at which. Raikou is at 1 and Entei is 6 if Raikou is still alive. The lati is random.
