Pcd files are something that you load with pokesav to get events like the Celebi with nasty plot. Some can be found here. On pokesav, if you want to load a event you need to click on the events box (bottom left hand corner) and then go to mystery gift and the rest in pretty much self explanitory :P. This is for platinum not HGSS though :P.
Wait, I thought you meant load the item to be in the Pokemart by pcd file. I think if you sav the item the games doesn't recognise that you have that item in your bag.
You could do that, then you could catch a shiny one if you wanted to :P

Nevermind, it's not shiny; it just had a plate on it. I got it from a guy named zachmac; he asked me to clone it for him and allowed me to keep a copy.
