Not that I know of? Whenever you go on wifi on a different DS, your FC changes (which is pretty stupid)
CISCO. And the only way I MAY be able to connect is by using my brother's DSi, which I greatly dislike using, and would change my FCs. I'll see what I can do.

I am focusing on Shoddy right now, I have football practice in the morning as well. So I'll be able to trade at around 1 PM tomorrow.
It will be very low honestly, the Hitmontop will be UT, Hitmonlee will be UT, Hitmonchan will not be UT but with less than 100 Def EVs so I can probably EV Wipe it. I'll check how many Def EVs Hitmonchan will need.
I would assume that they will as you do not see the OT of the pokemon normally. Also one Flygon will be good. I need to get some vitamins and EV Reducing berries to evolve all of them and keep them UT. Unless you don't mind some EVs on them.
I am also in EST timezone. Did you participate/going to participate in the Northeastern Regional?
If you want I can get all three and Tyrogue, just wanting to know which you want. Also what timezone?
