The first one is correct but the guide said you should use 236 speed which is needed so you wont speed tie with lucario.
The second I think some people like to have the extra evs in HP/Def/Spdef as it gives a slightly higher chance of surviving an attack. But otherwise I really dont see what difference .10% could do.
I dont think its my router because whenever I use my diamond it works perfectly when trading. But my flashcart errors.
Uhmm why did you put 255 evs in one stat? And the last two Togekisses have the same amount of Ev's 255 in Spatk and Speed
