Put a high max frame. This is because you can advance it by 14-18 or 14-15 at a time. So maybe 500? For delay I guess you could go up to 1000 or 2000 if you wanted.
Actually ID/SID is only for shiny. You can get any non-shiny you want within the limits in the game.
Go to time finder. Click the capture tab. Fill out everything like nature, ability, seconds, delay, etc. Then hit generate.
Catching a shiny depends on your ID/SID. You have to abuse your ID/SID in order to get a good shiny spread so you may not be doing that right now.To find my spreads I just use RNG Reporter.
