You said you wanted it with Insomnia. The one I bred in Emerald has its ability change to Forewarn if evolved in 4th gen, so I Rare Candied a clone in Emerald so that it would have Insomnia. It has no EV's, it was just leveled up so it could keep its ability.

I did the chimchar, but didn't get a chance to look at the extra egg moves you wanted. It has encore, fake out, and U-turn (U-turn turned out to be on the parent anyways.) Perfect iv spread in an egg. I looked on Serebii and Helping hand can be tutored onto chimchar. If you don't want that I also did a jolly mudkip with yawn and curse, and a jolly larvitar with dragon dance. (Both in eggs.) Spreads for the 2: 31/31/31/x/31/31
