Yeah, you can keep credits you've earned depending on if the other college you're switching to accepts them. What you should do is finish all your core classes at a junior college and then transfer over to a university that you want to graduate in after you've finished your core classes. You'll save a lot of money that way.
Going into high school.
I'm not sure how artists earn a steady income I mean. Not necessarily: I didn't really know what I was going to be when I entered college. The first 2 years of college were spent doing core classes not pertaining to my major. Just because you're in college doesn't mean you know what to do with your life.
It's fine. I've found a better seed. It has 1 less in SpA, but it is around 2000 frames lower. Also the delay is lower so that should help. My school hadn't started yet, but I just had an orientation last night. Only 1 of my friends is in my class. Mostly because I had to take all the highest. They keep reminding me about that like its bad. lol
I got the frames right, and I was so close to getting the Lugia. But when I walked in the cave it advanced my frame by 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was even on the right frame. Thanks for the help. I'll redo the Lugia some time.
That's because an artist isn't the most stable of jobs and I suppose your mom wants you to get a stable one. You have plenty of time to figure out what you want to do with your life. Use up all 4 years of high school if you want, but I'd say the best time to figure it out is after freshman year of college or even before the end of sophomore year [of college].

Right now a Physical Therapist; I used to want to be an Optometrist, but it didn't interest me enough and I wanted to avoid a class called Organic Chemistry. What do you want to be?

I think there might be a problem. My station started out on with an announcer. I don't know what station it is and if that affects my frame, but I brought the thing back into the middle with no stations.
High School is different of course. I wish I could give you advice, but I didn't go to a normal high school. All I can say is good luck and stay out of trouble. Yeah, I'm in college right now.
I've called Elm 10 times and had the responses I want. I think I've hit my seed. I thought it would take a lot longer considering this was my 10th reset.

That's a strange way to start the school year, but I guess they want to help the freshmen get accustomed to the school. If you're attending a normal/average high school I feel bad for you -_-
The wierd thing is with the rng reporter is that it gives me 4 times. Each have different frames but the same PID. It states the frame and the actual which I assume the actual is for hgss. The one I picked had a frame of 2848 and an actual of 2849. For the stations: ben, snap, marry & oak, and narrator.
