just personally ( you can ignore this if you want) but if I was not running Toxic Spikes then I guess I would run a more offensive Zapdos (and maybe Suicune) since SubRoost Zapdos is like 100% less effective without Toxic Spikes imo. (Which was half the reason I went for a study Toxic Spiker so that Toxic Spikes would be guaranteed to be on the firld.)
Still its up to you, don't let me force you into anything that you don't like!
