Talked to Jibaku and Expert Evan and turns out gary will not be blacklisted since even though he obtained the pokemon unethically, they are still redistributable and thus no rules were broken.
As for the COKTAL incident, still have to await his reply as to whether or not he wants to take the 3 credits or still report him.
By the way, if you didn't hear, the Zapdos he was offering turned out to be Pokeguy's. xP He's still blacklisted for lying about IV's though.
Yeah, I saw that. xP Well, I was stupid in thinking I could do this Metagross, when I forgot you can't sweet scent in weather. =( So I don't think I'm going to do it for a while because I don't have the time to learn radar abuse now. I'm too busy with school. :/

Well, I did catch around 15 Dittos first to no success, so I guess luck was on my side. ^_^
So, I gave up on catching random Dittos, and since I didn't want to catch random synchs, I thought I'd breed a Drowzee with a Ditto to see if I could randomly get a Calm one. 2nd egg that hatches: Calm, Female ^_^
