Hihi - I won't comment on the pokemons you chose, but I shall comment on some stuff I saw :) Overall I like your team though - surprised to not see salamence or Garchomp, ahaha.

Why Rash on Kingdra when all you have are SpA moves on it? Modest nature would work much better in your case - and personally I'd rock Hydro Pump over surf. That added power in the rain and you'll see a difference. You can also use substitute instead of Yawn, but that's up to you. You can also consider a physical set via Chesto/rest. It's only becoming popular in 4th gen's late stages so many might not think of it.

Scizor: LO or Leftovers or CB would be better items to use :) CB and of course roost is gone for something else, lol. You can also put Rain Dance on Scizor and then have him at Damp Rock.

Jolteon: I don't like Sitrus all that much, haha.

Ludicolo: Why Fake out? Is it that useful, ie will it do any damage? lol Hydro Pump, Energy Ball, and an HP attack would be better suited, eys?

Salamence/Garchomp aren't considered legendary? This is a very weird tournament if they're not abiding by Smogon rules, lol. Hippowdon is a great start - hav eyou ever tried Cradily? When set up right, it's nearly impossible to counter on those unsuspecting. The SpDef boost is awesome. Garchomp would wreak havoc on anything, lol. It's kinda weird.

I'm a total NOOB on VGC, haha. Look upw hat bluecookies used in his team and try that? :P

You'd have to know that person to PM imo. You can do the rate my team thing in this forum, but I'm not sure how active it is now that 5th gen's around the corner. I haven't battled 4th gen in a long time too - when all else fails, rock weather teams. Haha, quick match = rain and either/or match and safe match go for sandstorm :P Most of them will probably bring in a streamer anyways :P
