I don't have a flawless Smeargle in BW right now, I would put something like those, but it would seem he doesn't need them. Mixed Attacker is made to a hit and run type anyways.

No, it's not. You can't guarantee ability and gender when saved in front of the day care man in gen 5. The IRNG call is different. You pretty much have to mass breed until the RNG is cracked.
