  • Hello, I was curious about one of smogon's policy's and I was wondering if you could explain this to me. The policy says that if you use an open proxy you will be IP banned. But the whole point of an open proxy is so that you can stay anonymous on the web. My question is, how does smogon get your internet IP if your using an open proxy?? That just doesn't make sense to me...
