I see. I guess ill just wait until an idea pops up. I dont mind restarting my pearl as all I was going to do is catch non-shiny stuff. However, since I can RNG my ID/SID im going to start it over.

Actually, you can only get a few at a time so, no -_- I can start my pearl over if you want certain spreads.
Apparently, someone tried to fix some forum thing and everyone including mods got perma-banned. About the delay thing. It is weird, but I dont really care as long as I get it. If you want anything I have adamant,careful,bold(hp ground) and timid(hp ground). Im going through platinum now.
Turns out others were banned as well.
Also, I finally got my ID/SID
Holy crap. Started freaking out because it said I was banned all of a sudden -_-
Actually I hit my seed but the delay switched from odd to even...
I think im getting pretty close to RNGing my ID/SID. Might have to do it tomorrow though since im getting tired.
I wish I could RNG in 10 minutes. I would be able to do a few a day and still be lazy.

I just realized that weather ball is only available through hg/ss..
Unfortunately, I can't abuse in ss at the moment.
I could do it... but it would take some more time. (learning and all.. calibration, etc)
Or I can breed without weatherball and only spikes, or I can breed a different pokemon.
