  • I don't know of any cloning glitches for gen 5, sorry. I use a ROM sav to provide my clones. I have to trade between games, then save the ROM save to the computer, trade back, then reload the ROM with the back up save so the pokes are still on the save file. I also bought an ARDSi from CodeJunkies but it has yet to arrive in the mail.
    No, the female trainer in B/W is very modern (North American modern). She's all right, though I wish they'd do a player character that's elegant and cool like Cynthia, rather than Daisy Duke and very cliched (Talk to the hand pose! Gaaaaaaaaak!).
    I know how to get to the dream world and get into the forest, but I am having difficulty with minor things, like why the newest berries I've been finding are not showing up in my berry list after I leave the dream world forest.

    Use this thread and this post for translations. I use Metalkid for Gen 5 IVs at the moment, until I get an Action Replay that works with my Gen 5 game. Characteristics are listed at the bottom of the upper screen, first page. Ability is on the upper screen, second page, just left of the word in the gray bar.

    I'm afraid I can't do event dogs for unlocking pokemon on B/W. I have one of the event dogs on my cartridge already, but whenever I try to migrate the other two, I get booted from the transfer machine and I am forced to wait 24 hours to try again. If you want an event dog for unlocking pokemon, you can have the one I have. It's fully redis. As for the Celebi, I don't have a fully redis one at the moment. Is yours?

    When are you next likely to be on the forum? I'd like to arrange a time to trade your pokes over to my Diamond game to get the migration to gen 5 started.
    Don't use up any you need. I can always send my own over. So if you have extra because of AR codes, then send some, but don't otherwise. It's just to save me time, really.
    I'll be busy the next few days because I'm doing migrations for a trade right now (which means breeding fodder, trading to the ROM for back up, etc.) It takes ages. I'll let you know when I'm ready to help you migrate some pokemon. For when you do migrate, if you have spare gold nuggets, please attach them to your trade pokemon. I need them for the Japanese cart, since I don't have any AR codes for the game and must buy pokeballs to catch fodder. Edit: Rare bones would be even better, lol.

    I discovered I can migrate more than six pokemon up to Gen 5. I'm not sure why the guy at the machine bounced me out after six the first few times I did it, but it may be because I was trying to do a second legendary dog, but I already put one on my retail game.

    Basically, this means I can help you when I'm not busy.
    Yeah, my codes don't work either. Action Replay for the DS needs to have a new driver, but it looks like only the DSi driver has been updated so far. As for my M3 DS, none of the AR codes work on it either. I get a black screen when I try to use any. So I'm relying on all the old methods.
    I fixed my thread so the three pokemon are now in the same order as I have them on my back up ROM. So that snag shouldn't happen again. I have a rotten memory. I looked at all three ten minutes beforehand, but I still forgot which was which. Oh, well.
