Hey dude. It turns out that I think the problem was me trying to make an HP ground 70 with my Monozu. I got Pokabu Brave Hexflawless on my first try
Sweet! With this new baby, I can use it to beat a Heatran, a Jirachi, and a scizor. :D
And I can also use it's ability to burn my opponent's pokemn and make my pokemon hatch quickly. ^^

Arggh...I have done 13,13.5,14,14.5,15 so far and nothing. The frame has appeared to have only change a few times as well.

Nah, I used my RNG'd ekans with Dark pulse as male and Monozu as female.
I have changed the power items on ekans three times. (def, sp att & sp def)
