Ditto and female versions of the poke you need to breed.
Breeding without an everstone is insane, you should really collect more dittos.
1/32 is passable, trust me. Geren used to breed with 150 save files or so.
Save files won't help you with dittos and everstones, you'll need to catch them in the wild.
Well, good, I doubt you would need other save files because when you reach 256 you'll be able to breed everything you want.

I use vbalink 1.8 in order to create save files and it's slower than version 1.7.2 which I use for captures and breeds. You might want to use 1.7.2 but I can't help you with settings since I don't know exactly how to increase performance.
