    Well I cant Abuse and have an AR in at the same time because I have to set my DS down and such and couldnt risk it freezing halfway through lol and I deffinately will!

    Use your IV Code if you dont know the IV's And just shut your game off when your done :P thats what I do...

    Yeah, all pokemon that gain a new ability in 4th gen have a chance of their ability changing. It really goes back to its PID, but I don't know how to abuse PID's in Emerald, so I had no way of knowing if it would stay Insomnia or change like it did. :P
