If you every do projects for me in the future I won't let you redistribute BUT, this one time I will and only on a few conditions. If you don't do all of them then you can't.

2)Make it emphatically clear that the Pokemon is Non-Redistributable to anyone you trade it to
3) When you trade it to someone actually tell them it is Non-Redistributable.
If you do those then you can trade it. But not an EV'd version.
