One of Kaphotics' IDs is: 56569.
No because clever hacks can pass hack checks and I stand by my decision. However, I saw that the OT is named Kurt, which could mean someone named Kaphotics (OT: Kurt) on Smogon distributed it, and so there's a chance it's legit if it was RNGed by him, but then again anyone can have the OT: Kurt so it depends on the ID as well, which you didn't include...
Okay, at least you have evidence now, but unfortunately it's from GTS, which is known to have hacked pokemon. I'd rather not risk getting a hacked pokemon, thanks anyway.
