Hmm, Fireburn brings up Articuno for High, which could be reasonable. Catching it is a pain if you Master Balled Zapdos (or not?) but its bulk + Ice Beam could be good. I really really really hate Seaform Islands though. Let's just go straight to the Elite Four. =/ Jynx can do all that of what Articuno is doing + sleep and Psychic while getting mega experience. And... Jynx doesn't really need bulk against Agatha when it KOs everything lol. Well, except for the last Gengar, where it has rigged Speed (ps Thunder Wave it with Zapdos, that Gengar does fail damage with Sludge Bomb lololol). Bruno and Lance gets raped by Zapdos/Jynx. Articuno fails even more against Aerodactyl (bulky water rawr rawr). IDK why I'd spend my time catching this legendary but it does have benefits, I'll say that.

Personally, I'll vouch for Mid. ?_? Okay, I'm fine with High.
