No, Fake Out has more priority, and so does ExtremeSpeed.
No idea, dude. I'm waiting for the American version to come out in order to start RNGing and collecting.
Kabutops is faster than Chan, so it went first. If this were the 5th gen, and I had had Fake out, it would have gone faster since it has higher priority, just like ExtremeSpeed.

I don't think Sheba was really that popular of a character. Poor her. She sucked too. No Swords + Wind Seer = failure at life but you had to use her anyway. Jenna got Swords + Aura + balanced stats I think + hawtness, so she's a winner. Loved her too. <3
Heh, Karis seemed different from Ivan, definitely. Ivan would be more comparably to that new Water Seer we got (the first one, forgot his name).
