I was thinking of the Scarf set. I decided on the hex-flawless Modest spread.
Yes, they do (I accidentally forgot to use Spider Web on the Articuno and it took forever to get it back to Valley Windworks). :P
I'm almost done with my project. I believe I've got the last one of my birds (the Moltres) running now. I already caught the Articuno (I'll post all 3 in DMP once I catch the Moltres. ^_^

They'll all show up, but the Zapdos will be the only one with that spread. I just killed the other two so I knew when a roamer was in Valley Windworks, it was Zapdos.
No, just for Uxie. Cress is Method 1 too. xP
Right, but remember to check the Method 1 frames. Also, the birds kinda have weird monster frames so go look at the article. (The first time you talk to Oak, it's Moltres: monster frame 1, Zapdos: monster frame 6, and Articuno: monster frame 11)
They do show up in snow, but they're all Route 2XX, the only place with names that you can catch the birds at is Valley Windworks and Fuego Ironworks. By the way, if you were looking for the Bold synch for the Zapdos, remember you don't need it as it's Method 1. :P -
