    Starting over on Pokemon? Ahahaha, but Pokemon is so pokemon...lol. Team Rocket every episode? Ash NOT seeing that Misty likes him :(....and Brock the super weirdo, haha. That's where I stopped, XD.

    Ahaha, One Piece instead of Naruto? :P Naruto headbands aren't rare though, you can get them elsewhere. And JEALOUS! Oni-CON is what I wanted to go to this year soooo bad (exams that week :/). I would've went alone to Oni-con...I hear they had a zombie survival mockup there :O Would've been oh so fun!

    What anime did you end up watching? :P
    It was relaxing sure...but I didn't get to do much of what I planned with friends though, ahaha...mainly going to ikkicon......it's not often that I wear them down enough to go to an anime convention, ahaha - chance of a lifetime and I missed it, XD.

    you can save right in front of latios after giving the stone to Steven Stone lolol
    and um yeah, rng away.
    Note that there's two npcs in pewter city so they should advance the frame by two regardless of what you do, idk about your game, but you might calibrate with that in mind.
    Give it a few tries and once you have an idea of how many frames the npcs advance everytime, subtract that from your target frame. :)

    OK i should be able to EV train and lvl up both movesets by sometime tommorrow. just gotta make sure theres no conflict with packing and flying back to DC. ill start today and finish after i land and get settled. These will be some very promising pokes. Suprised i dont see starmie on more teams when i wifi battle. def one of the best OU sweepers IMO
    cool well let me know ill gladly EV train this one and that one and put the standard movesets on the flawless one (It learns most and i have the TMs for the rest). a flawless copy for me is all id ask for. The shiny starmie loks great when playing on PBR also.
    hmm i didnt see the spread you sent.. after further review i think a revenge killer choice scarf starmie with HP fire is pretty decent. Ull at least get them the first time. then they'll be a little more wary but it definiteley will throw someone off enough to sac their grass or steel type. choice specs might work even better tho just because it ensures some good OHKOs with even with neutral damage Hydro Pump/surf and thunderbolt. just depends tho i guess..let me know if you do rebreed cuz i def be interested in that flawless one

Btw i think u put an error on ur page unless the staryu has 31 iv in speed instead of 30. If so then its more than perfect for what i need since it has max speed and spA
