Sure, not a problem! I don't know if there are any egg moves that I should be aware of regarding Chansey, but if you're content with it, you may certainly have it. :)
I don't think it has any.. It's just the Claw Sharpen, X-scissor, Iron Head, Rock slide set. One of my friends did breed a Baton Pass one, but it's a little worse: 14/31/30/x/26/31
The HP is a little low, but it doesn't make a huge different, seeing as it already has pretty bad HP; Jolly Hustle 15/31/30/x/30/31
