I've played my friend's R4 before, I haven't seen any of those options. I bet (on any normal R4-user's cart), everything they have is pirated/stolen.
So you're going to be literal? Be honest: What else (other than pirating games) are you going to do with a R4/etc?
When you use a flash cart, you're stealing/pirating from Nintendo since you can download as many free games as you want, and Nintendo/etc. doesn't get paid for it. It makes you a thief, and proves nothing but you being poor.
