Your team is pretty good.
We had four Pokes in common. I like to use Alakazam as a late game sweeper.
Venusaur, imo, shouldn't be used as a LO sweeper. I prefer a Scarf'ed set, but you could also use a bulky version.
I'd replace Hitmonlee for Alakazam and that would be everything. :)
