I think they team's main issue is LO Shaymin with HP Ice + Offensive Suicune, and Extreme Speed can help migitate that a bit.
Just need to figure out how to get a Mild Mix Nite with Extreme Speed. Would you like more pokemon EV trained nom nomz? ^_^
