According to psypokes calc even with choice band ice shard and you with max attack, it would only do 194 dmg max.
wait nvm, damage will have been 190 , since scyther can survive it i'll give u this win,
weird tho i guess ice shard sux balls on donphan xD I should calculate before building my team and i tought scyther had 15 deffence >.<
hm... donphan had 372 atk x 1.5 (choice band) and ice shard has base 40 power...
