    Alright I will check what encounter slot Seadra is on and what frame. You need to fish for it? Or do you have surf around water? and Seafoam Island right? Sorry for the questions I need to know these lol :P

    I can check that out for you after im done Nidoran. I just missed my frame thanks 2 the 2 NPCs on route 35....Do you have any idea what frame that seed is?

    Here is the seed im using. Any other ideas on a wild Pokemon that can utilize impish nature and ability 0?

    Latios and Palkia are done I took a break to learn how to capture RNG and Bakus helped me learn :P. I also read Winter Zombies guide to capture RNG in DPPt so I know how to use encounter slots. I Abused a Impish Donphan(Heavy Ball) and Sandshrew(Level Ball) so far and im going to do a Impish Nidoran-F next. Im using this Impish spread I found on PokeRNG :)

    Its EV spread is 252 HP / 212 Def / 40 SpD and 4 Speed!

    I think it has 2 extra EVs in HP, but I'm not sure.

    The worst part for you is those NPC's that move at least there wasn't any where Articuno was. If you want LC Pokes I have a few in my thread. There's also EXIE's Carvanha and Azurill I didn't add to the list yet.

    I thought if you used brought a ghost Pokemon it wouldn't struggle since I always thought struggle was a normal type move....But finally my first capture! I guess everything worked out :P over 3 hours trying to RNG this. Im sure the Latios you did was much harder though.

    Okay good lol im going to get a Timid one for the annoying SubRoost set in NU :P. Now time to go search for a timid spread with a LOW frame xD.

    Does the frame advance when I interact with the bird?

    Lol yea true as long as there trustworthy. Im going to RNG the Articuno in the Seafoam islands. Does the Phone work inside or do I have to use the Radio...
    And there`s NO moving NPC`s inside right? I dont want to have a problem like I did with Snorlax...

    For real? maybe I should give it a shot on this emulator even though if I do I wont be able to get the Pokemon out since I dont own an R4|Flash cart whatever you need..

    When your playing through the Nimbasa gym is a B**** Im using a Servine, Panpour and Darumaka for my play through right now...and from what im hearing RNG abuse if harder than 4th gen in BW :(

    Mine is english patched. 97% of the game is in english but the Pokemon have there Jap names like Conkledurr is still Roopushin. Im playing through it so it wont take me long to beat the real cartridge game. Then I can get started to learn 5th gen abuse soon after :)

    Oh wow lol, I hate when that happens...I missed 2 megahorns on a +2 Heracross awhile ago when Hera was still UU, Of course I lost since a DD Feraligatr set up +2 and swept me...Every since that battle ive only won once in a span of 5 weeks....(the battle against you) but we need a rematch since you don't have alot of UU.

    And yea the ROM im using was fast for awhile but now its slow for some reason.....Oh and the Nimbasa city gym is so ANNOYING!!! I can't seem to beat it..Those Emolga are fast and they use Volt Change over and over again (Volt Change is like an Electric U-turn)
