Growlithe: 252Hp/4Def/252SpD: Flare Blitz | Extremespeed | Toxic | Morning Sun
As usual, you get a credit and copies of each. Keep in mind that Rayquaza is Fully Redis while Growlithe is non-redis for you. I think Growlithe needs to evolve to learn Extremespeed. Just make sure it knows all of the other moves first.
