Eh...the voting by a select elite is understandable since it goes from ranking. If you're good enough to get up there, then you're up there. I might not agree with their theory/logic (Salamence ban) but it's probably the only way to go about doing it...I don't see a more efficient manner. Everyone voting would be utter chaos and wouldn't represent something balance - who wants to give up that weapon that does +4900000 when average weapons are dealing +40302 lol. I used to do some balancing work on a different forum :P You're almost always hated :P
