However, with some clever use of Excel for columns and Word's ability to replace characters with linebreaks/linebreaks with characters it should be possible to generate perfect legality.

Orrr.... yes. Since it breeds with Smeargle (otherwise Sketch can't be an egg move), simply move all other egg moves to level up moves, as they are legal with everything. It'll look a bit messed up in teambuilder but will have perfect legality.

Add the Sketch only moves as Event moves (5G_special_moves.txt), your Pokemon will only be able to obtain one at a time. However, a Pokemon which learns Sketch in game can simply get more Sketches through Heart Scale, so you will not be imitating real legality. Say in your movepool that it gets Sketch by Egg move (ground egg group would be needed) or Event and it will work. If you want it legal with DW ability, add the sketchable moves as DW moves too.
