If the Pokemon are now real, as in not Pokemon files I can shift them, yes.
I would youtube it, or perhaps ask the person you got the Pokemon files from.
I think there's a distinction, but from my understanding you need an external device that can convert the data. Cause all you have is useless files until you can turn them back into Pokemon. And I can't help you until you turn them back into Pokemon.

I can do one Shift of 6 Pokemon (has to be 6) in less than 10 minutes if I have my games set up.
What you do is trade Pokemon to the 4th gen game, I Shift them via the mini game, then trade them to you. No Hms or hold items.
