Yeah, I've aaaaaaaaaaaaaalmost finally got this Lucario. It turns out that the "inheritance" formula is CRAZY DIFFERENT in HG/SS than it was in DPPt and that's what's been screwing every body up. I've figured out "how" to finally hit the frame I need in this seed, now it's just a matter of hitting it and verifying (hopefully x_x)
