That looks... really weird. Try catching another Pokemon and search around that range, and see if you still get the same parameters.
So have you figured out B/W RNG breeding? I'm trying to follow the thread but I'm afraid I'm over my head.

Yeah, just extend the search range like I mentioned, make seconds range from 0-59, and let it run. Let me know what you get.
