Go to the setting and change the beeps, because I think the original settings have 2 beeps per second (can't remember), and just go on the very last beep (or 0) when the first timer ends. As for AR, allow it as long as you need, as long as you press start on the AR screen at the end of the first timer, you'll be totally fine.
