yeah I didn't know politoed couldn't learn ST with Drizzle... So I hope to be unbanned, as it is a very poor reason to be banned. Everyone have mistakes like that. And I'm not the guy who has a jolteon with EQ.

No, I didn't. If you're going to be using something like that, it's your responsibility to check, especially when you SAV it yourself. Serebii's page made it clear that Politoed cannot learn S-toss in Gen V.
EDIT. Also, I must point out that I was not the one who blacklisted him. Yes, I presented the case to a mod, but it was WildEep and Toothache who made the verdict. It's not my job to warn someone to hack better.
No, his Vaporeon healed from Poison with Hydration. It's a female vaporeon. That's illegal. My real problem was his Politoed having Drizzle and Seismic Toss, which is illegal in every sense of the word, and not a little thing like Vaporeon's gender, which I wouldn't normally care about.
And what your thinking of is Toothache's first post, where I informed him over IRC that GK was using illegal hacks and linked him to the video I took. It was all done off of the forum.
The video blacks out because I was skipping turns. I have no mount for my webcam, I have to hold it. I can't hold it for the length of the entire battle, then speed it up, so I used the VS Recorder's skip turn feature. I tried to show that I was doing that, but seemingly failed.
Besides, I wouldn't waste my time or effort trying to get someone blacklisted for using unreleased stuff, I'd just tell them that it is unreleased and you need to have it in your sig.
Just so you know, Google Knight isn't black listed for unreleased stuff, he's BLd for using illegal stuff.
