It's mixed, WoW was honestly a filler slot so I'm glad it worked out well. And....it's a combination of personal experience and not having anything better to do that turn because Lapras + Rocks + status chipping away at its HP = not good. Even if it were special, I would've WoW'd because I was at -2 anyways.
