Yeah, sorry about that. I can only get on the computer like once a day now. I won't graduate unless I get my ass in gear, so I don't have much free time. Once June comes around, I'll be back to posting constantly.
PO's site is working now, so don't worry about that. Well, mostly. I'll just wait for when I can get 1.0.21 anyways.
Oh, and in addition, Victini's V-Create event gave it Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt, but PO doesn't have that yet.
