Hi, quick question. Is Pain Split considered a recovery move? Reffing a battle with the move being used & it being a no recoveries battle. Thank you in advance.

I was intending to use Growlithe and Swinub. They are my most underdeveloped mons and I haven't added a single move to either (well, except for Flare Blitz, I think...I'm not sure though -_-).
Gah, I was just about to challenge that beginner when I noticed that you had said that the Pokemon of the challenger can NOT have any tokens or counters applied to them... -_-
