I'll save you some time then. I'll give them vitamins to speed up the EV training for you. So Litwick will go with 100 EVs in SpA and Spe and Durant will go 100 EVs in Atk and Spe.

I like my Vulpix regardless.
Gible was EV trained to Garchomp today, so if you still want it, you'l have to take it as Chomp. Feraligatr is in my Diamond version, so you'll have to trade for it in a fourth gen game. -
