How you dunno? You're the leader. Make something to bring people again. I think that metagame shift was the reason that people don't come there anymore.

a non-serious tier allowing NEMEP mons in the usual PI metagame would be pretty funny
i'm not sure what you mean and all, but i'm not sure you realize you can just ban all mons and PI things from the NEMEP ladder, and vice-versa
found out that TSoCP is already basically this
also, what would you think of putting both in the same database? both are similar projects, and you probably wouldn't have too much trouble from the extra pokemon on the database. either way, cooperation between all the pokemon creation projects on smogon would greatly increase the quality of all of them, by spreading out members, knowledge, and ideas. maybe we should start a group with links to all the other projects and discussions about fakemon/move creation in general.
