I didn't mention Houndour for Misdreavus and things like that though. They're not really broken in practice, just really good.
The thing there is that at least they're beatable by still useful Pokemon. Gligar has issues with Slowpoke/Wooper/some Snover and Missy loses to Stunky/some Munchlax.

Yeah Gliscor is amazing and it pretty much owns most Excadrill. Garchomp is typically Substitute+Swords Dance with paralysis support.
Drought is more annoying than broken, and Excadrill isn't too bad. Garchomp is just a bitch though...
